The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had a damp and moldy smell, and the shower tap had a yellow-stained surface.

We had an amazing time at the hotel with the best staff who were kind and always willing to help. They were quick to respond to all our queries via email and even helped us with our luggage. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and we had everything we needed in our beautiful and clean room. We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to bus stations and various restaurants and shops.

Though there was no problem with security, the use of an easy, to, remember passcode left me feeling a bit uneasy. the layout of the room was a bit inconvenient with the sink being far from the bathroom , made getting ready a bit of a hassle.
